Już po kilkunastu dniach od wydania nowej wersji BuddyPress 1.5 wyszła pierwsza poprawka do tego wydania – BuddyPress 1.5.1.

Pakiet zawiera 25 poprawek – 2 elementy zostały usunięte, 4 dodane, 1 zmieniony, a reszta to 18 fixów – pełna lista w wersji angielskiej (źródło):

  • Fixed improperly deprecated functions
  • Fixed broken links in group creation process
  • Fixed bug that prevented auto-joining public groups when posting to forum
  • Fixed activity update posting when JavaScript is disabled
  • Fixed several bugs with group forum configuration
  • Fixed incorrect sitewide activity feed link
  • Fixed incorrect All Sites and My Sites links on Sites directory
  • Fixed WP page association in certain BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG setups
  • Fixed bug that listed WP pages from the incorrect site during installation wizard on certain multisite setups
  • Fixed bug that allowed sole admins from leaving a group
  • Fixed incorrect group forum directory permalink
  • Fixed some PHP notices and incorrect filter/action parameters
  • Fixed naming bug that may have prevented ‘disable activity commenting…’ option from being saved properly
  • Fixed search routing when the front page is not set to display blog posts
  • Fixed bug that prevented datebox Month dropdown from being properly preselected with saved value when using a language other than English
  • Fixed bug that prevented an error from being delivered when an invalid email is entered on the Settings page
  • Fixed default value of bbPress configuration file
  • Removed enqueued JavaScript for Groups and Members widgets when viewing the WordPress Dashboard
  • Removed New Topic and New Reply links for non-logged-in users
  • Added filter to allow modifying the way logged-in users are redirected when attempting to visit the Register page
  • Added no-js/js body class for better noscript support in bp-default and child themes
  • Added filter from XProfile database class improperly removed in version 1.5
  • Added hook for extending XProfile Edit screens
  • Changed “plugins” link in readme to point to a curated list of recommended plugins
